Documentation:

For documentation I will provide mental health letters for Surgeries and access to hormone treatment that are compliant with the standards of your insurance company.

Care Management:

I offer care management to folks who want to know more about what to expect from surgery or hormone replacement therapy. I provide guidance and a list of items you might need for surgical aftercare. I will work with you to create a plan for aftercare and discuss how to involve your community or loved ones in your care.
