Do you ever feel like you’re walking on your path of life and realize maybe some or all of this path doesn’t fully suit you?

During childhood and young adulthood, we are often taught to follow a specific path, or our past experiences influence the path we take. You may be at a time where you’re thinking, how did I get on this path? Why doesn’t this feel like me? You’ve been going along, following the trail markers, but you’ve noticed you are having trouble connecting to yourself, to your experience or loved ones you encounter along the way.

It’s possible you have tried to create your own path, or have ventured down another only to encounter obstacles like downed trees, dead ends, or jutting rocks. These obstacles are made up of your experiences which may be from your past or current experiences. You no longer want to tackle these obstacles alone, and You’re ready to explore a new path you connect with.

This is where you begin to create a path that feels authentic to you.

Think of our work as us forging your path together. Imagine your path is up a new second mountain, and once you get to the peak you have a view of a life that feels like you. But first, you have to get to that peak.

My approach is collaborative in that, we discover your new path together. You know more about your obstacles than I do, because you’ve tried to venture down this more authentic path before. From this perspective, I am not an expert on the authentic you, but we can explore different perspectives and tools together. When we see the downed tree ahead, I can toss you some tools for clean-up. When we approach the jutting rocks, I can work with you slowly on how to get through them. If you are ready to forge a path that feels authentic to you, contact me and we can get started on your journey.
