New York: Aetna, United Healthcare, Oxford

Massachusetts: Aetna

For those who have an insurance plan in which I am not a participating provider, I will submit a Superbill on your behalf. You won’t have to do any of the leg work, let me take the ease out of submitting insurance claims. You will pay the upfront cost and reimbursement will be sent to you.
